He’s one of a handful of coaches and trainers in the world certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and NLP Master Practitioner. Adrian also holds an MBA from Cranfield University.
For more than 20 years, Adrian has helped business leaders to design, develop and implement new ways of working that lead to significant and sustainable results through innovation.
He has successfully led more than 30 business transformation programmes across Europe, America and New Zealand
Mehdi is an experienced facilitator and a hands-on coach with in-depth experience and knowledge about building innovation management capability and culture in an organisation.
He’s led innovation management in many New Zealand businesses, most notably Fletcher Building.
For nearly 20 years, he has worked with NZ businesses in the manufacturing, construction, and logistics industries.
He has a PhD in Innovation Management, and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Auckland.
Nick is a Lean and Innovation consultant
He is passionate about developing organisations and people through innovation and change processes.
He has a wealth of experience creating and facilitating lean and innovation coaching programmes using collaborative tools.
Nick has a background in creative technology, banking and financial services and logistics.
He has an MBA, Bachelor of Business (Finance) and is a certified Scrum Master
As an engineer, entrepreneur, consultant, and academic, Logan’s career has centred on commercialising innovation.
His approach is built around capability development, and his Dynamic Capability programme has successfully transformed the innovation performance of clients' businesses.
Logan co-founded and successfully exited a leading safety, risk, and sustainability solution provider in NZ.
He holds a PhD in Innovation Management from the University of Auckland, and a Bachelor of Product Development from Massey University.
Frances is a communications and marketing all-rounder.
She crafts content that is engaging, consumable, meaningful and strategic.
She has a background in FMCG, tertiary and service industries, in both corporate and consumer communications, product marketing and sport governance.
Frances holds a Masters in Communication, Advertising and Public Relations from Ulster University.
